This explains what personal data Modding Dome collects when you place an order or sign up for the newsletter, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.
What we collect
When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and order details. We don't see or store your card details ourselves; those are handled directly by our payment processor.
When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address.
Why we collect it
Order data is collected because it's necessary to fulfil your order: to process payment, ship the product to you, and handle any returns or support requests. Newsletter data is collected based on your consent when you sign up, and you can withdraw that consent at any time by unsubscribing.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of third-party services to run the shop, each acting on our behalf:
- A payment processor, which handles payments and collects your shipping address at checkout.
- A database hosting provider, which stores order and subscriber records.
- An email delivery service, which sends order-related and newsletter emails.
We don't sell your data or share it with anyone for their own marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
Order data is kept for as long as required by Norwegian bookkeeping and tax law. Newsletter data is used to send you emails until you unsubscribe. After that, we keep your email address on a suppression list to make sure we don't contact you again.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or object to how it's processed, at any time by emailing contact@moddingdome.com.
