Terms of Sale

These terms apply whenever you order a product from moddingdome.com. By placing an order, you're agreeing to them.

Products & pricing

We try to keep product descriptions, images, and prices accurate, but mistakes can happen. If something's priced or described incorrectly, we'll contact you before processing the order and give you the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Payment

Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time you place your order. We don't store your card details ourselves.

Shipping & delivery

Orders ship for a flat rate, shown at checkout. If you're outside the country the order ships from (Norway), you're responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your own country.

Cancellation & returns

We offer the option to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving it.

Email contact@moddingdome.com within that window to let us know you'd like to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us. You're welcome to unpack and inspect it, and if the item is still in saleable condition when we receive it (only reasonable inspection, no installation or use), you'll get a full refund (including the original standard shipping cost) within 14 days of us receiving it back, to your original payment method. If it isn't in saleable condition, no refund will be given. Return shipping is at your own expense, unless the item arrived faulty or not as described.

Faulty or damaged items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not matching what you ordered, contact contact@moddingdome.com and we'll sort out a replacement or refund. This is separate from, and in addition to, the cancellation option above.

Liability

Some of our products involve installing hardware into another device you own. This may affect that device's manufacturer warranty, so check before installing if that's a concern. Our products are designed and tested to operate safely when installed and used as intended. If your device is damaged and we determine this is due to a fault in one of our products, we'll offer a repair, replacement, or refund. We're not liable for damage resulting from incorrect installation, misuse, modification, or use outside our instructions, and except where required by law, our liability for any issue with an order is otherwise limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law.
